Actor Ayushmann Khurrana and Sanya Malhotra from Dangal have started with the readings and workshops for their next film Badhaai ho. Ayushmann took to his twitter handle to post a picture of the script with caption, “Let’s do this! Readings and workshops for Badhaai Ho have started. @sanyamalhotra07 @CinemaPuraDesi. This looks like a fun journey. #BadhaaiHo.”
Sanya responded to Ayushmann’s tweet with a dancing girl emoji. Sanya was first seen on the big screen in 2016 in the film Dangal.
Fans are eagerly waiting for the return of the actress on the big screen. Sanya has already started working with director Ritesh Batra and Bhadhaai Ho will be her third feature film.
The film’s main storyline involves lives of a family that get affected by a certain piece of news. What happens after this news is what forms the crux of the story. Sanya said, “I am really happy to be an actor first. Whenever anything interesting comes up, I want to try it out and play parts that excite me creatively.” She further added, “It won’t be anything rigorous, like Dangal. Thankfully, I am not wrestling in this one.”
