Sanjay Dutt’s announcement on taking a short break from work for taking some treatment in Mumbai has left people spreading rumours about his health. His wife Maanayata has tried to stop the rumours by saying that the actor’s fans should not spread rumours about the actor’s health. Torbaaz producer and Dutt’s friend Rahul Mittra has also said that the actor is not having any terminal illness and the news is completely fake.
The producer has further said that the actor is a fighter and he is undergoing some primary tests in Mumbai. The results of a few tests have not yet come out. Rahul also said that the actor is a fighter and will come out of this condition as a winner. He said that instead of spreading false rumours one should wish well for him.
Sanjay Dutt is taking primary treatment in Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. Maanayata said that the actor will not go abroad for treatment until the COVID 19 situation is better. Dutt was admitted to Lilavati Hospital on August 8 due to chest discomfort which led to a dip in oxygen levels.
He also posted a short message for his fans which read, “Hi friends. I am taking a short break from work for some medical treatment. My family and friends are with me and I urge my well-wishers not to worry or unnecessarily speculate. With your love and good wishes, I will be back soon!” He was last seen in Sadak 2 which released on Disney+ Hotstar on August 28.
