Zee5 has just released the Mafia Web Series trailer. Mafia would present the story of six former college mates, after a period of around five years, finding each other. It is set within the backdrop of Jharkhand’s dark forests. Plot could be seen circling around a group of reconciliation that thrills the fun with hatred and a feeling of past deceit.
The tale of the Mafia offers a new insight on the complexities of marriages and alliances with a number of personal insights. The series is produced by Parambrata Chatterjee, and the directorial debut will be made by Birsa Dasgupta. Namit Das, who plays Nitin’s lead character in the web show, says his characters have multiple layers and the plot will introduce them to a new mystery with each episode that will hold the viewers hooked. The show stars Isha M Saha as Ananya, Anidita Bose as Neha and Madhurima Roy as Tan.
