Jai Ho is a decent effort which is enough to carry forward the
movie at the box office. The movie is based on Telegu blockbuster ‘Stalin’ & posses all the much-needed elements of action, humour, romance, emotion and drama.
The movie revolves around Jai Agnihotri (Salman Khan) who is a former army man. Jai can’t tolerate any wrongdoings around the society which often drives him into troubles. Movie boosts of a huge star cast of villains & once can imagine the active ingredients. Romance and music have also been recently linked in the movie. Newcomer Daisy Shah doesn’t have much of a screen presence but she impresses in her debut. Salman is at his very best and carries the movie around his shoulders. Tabu returns after a long time and does leave her impact even with a short role. Sohail Khan excels in his direction and manages to put across an entertainer with a social message.
