Dil Bechara had been released on Disney+ Hotstar on July 24 and is the last film of actor Sushant Singh Rajput.ย The film also stars Sanjana Sanghi, Swastika Mukherjee and Saif Ali Khan among others. The songs of the film had already been trending and the movie has also been viewed so many times that it had been a blockbuster if released in theatres.ย
The movie is all about how these two different personalities meet and strike chemistry and equation. Kizzieโs parents are very possessive about her as she can pass away anytime but Manny helps her living life in her own way. He fulfills her dream of going to London and meeting her favorite musician which turns out to be a bitter one. This is the time when Manny tells her that he is about to die as his cancer has come back and asks Kizzie to forget the fact and live their lives to the fullest.ย
Kizzie helps Manny in fulfilling his dream of starring in a film with her as a heroine and the movie is directed by his best friend JP who loses his eyesight before completing the movie. Manny also arranges a mock funeral of his where Kizzie and JP give emotional speeches.ย There are many emotional dialogues in the film including โ Marna kab hai yeh hum decide nahi kar sakte par jeena kaise hai ye hum decide kar sakte hainโ.
The movie has some excellent acting by Sushant Singh Rajput who is in his usual funny self, Sanjana Sanghi who is making her debut as a lead actor, Swastika Mukherjee who is Kizzie Basuโs mother, Sahil Vaid who is Mannyโs best friend JP among others. The last scene of the movie is actually what happened. Mannyโs last film is released and everybody is watching and appreciating it but not him. The similar thing happened with Sushant Singh Rajput as he passed away before the film release and people saw and appreciated his film.ย
