The most popular and celebrated game show on Indian television KBC is in the headlines once again. This time Billionaire Mukesh Ambani’s family came to play in the show. In front of the host of the show, Amitabh Bachchan was Ambani’s Children Akash, Isha and Anant Ambani. Amitabh asked a series of questions.
The first question being “What was Reliance’s first business?” In response to this Ambani family said that the people say petrochemical or textile was the first industry. But in truth Reliance’s first business was of spices that Dhirubhai Ambani started.
The second question that was asked was “What is the highest product in Reliance Industries’s Jamnagar site?” The family answered saying 140 types of 600 tons of mangoes are produced each year.
The third question asked was “What is the expenditure of Reliance Industries Corporate Social Responsibility in FYI 17-17?”
The answer was given quickly to this question where the CSR was worth 674 crores. In the end, Amitabh Bachchan asked the Ambani family “How many industries are exporting their products to Reliance Industries?” The family then gave the answer that their products are being exported to 108 countries around the world.
All in all this episode of KBC was a rather fun-filled episode where the audience got to learn a whole lot about the Ambani family’s growing Reliance empire
