Actor Govinda has been confirmed to play the role of Vijay Mallya in the film directed by former CFBC chairperson Pahlaj Nihalani. “I have made a movie inspired by the life of Vijay Mallya, and Govinda is in the main lead, audiences will be surprised to see his new avatar. The movie will be completely entertaining,”.
It was previously reported that the film was going to be titled, Rangeela Raja. The film is based on the real-life of Vijay Mallya founder of Kingfisher Airlines, who is wanted all over India for fraud and money-laundering of an amount of 9,000 crores.
Govinda is also ready for his upcoming film Fry Day, in which he co-stars with actor Varun Sharma.
