Karishma Kapoor’s and her ex-husband, a Delhi-based businessman, Sanjay Kapur, settled matters out of court and decided to keep things amicable as far as possible of the divorce proceedings concluded last year. Soon after Sanjay Kapur then married Priya Sachdev, the ex-wife of hotelier Vikram Chatwal. And if all goes well, we may see Karishma tying the knot with her long-time beau, Sandeep Toshniwal, pretty soon too. Since, Sandeep’s divorce with his wife, who is an orthodontist, is finally on the verge of coming through.
According to a report, after a long battle of seven years in court, the ex-couple decided to settle things on their own terms. As a part of the settlement, Sandeep, who owns a pharmaceutical business, will have to give up Rs 3 crore to each of his daughters, who are currently 12 and 9, while his wife, Ashrita will be receiving Rs 2 crore and the flat that they currently live in. The custody of the kids remains with his ex-wife. The terms were mutually agreed upon by the two last month, after which the matter was finally resolved.
Well, we can’t wait for them to make things official soon enough since both Karishma and Sandeep are almost single. We have often spotted them together at parties. And with some reports heard, the two have finally found their dream home in Juhu – a sprawling 3BHK – where they have already moved in together.
For those who don’t know, Sandeep and Karishma were introduced to each other via a mutual friend at a party a few years ago. And after a lot of meets, they came closer. Eventually, they fell in love and have been together ever since.
