Manushi Chillar, Miss World 2017, recently completed her journey of Beauty with a Purpose in Indonesia along with the Chairman of Miss World, Julia Morley and six other continental winners. Manushi has finally arrived at the British Virgin Islands after a long series of travel.
She penned down her thoughts about the Destruction of the hurricane and said, “I was devastated to see the destruction the hurricane sisters had brought. We are here to share with the people their spirit to restore the peace of British Virgin Islands and I was awestruck as we flew over the Atlantic Ocean and on my drive from the airport to meet the governor.”
Manushi is indeed captivated by the beauty of the country and received a very warm welcome at the airport. The Miss World team is all set to take up the Beauty with a Purpose project to nooks and corners of the city.
