Actor Kriti Sanon is currently in lockdown with her family and spending quality time with them. Recently, Kriti’s sister Nupur Sanon took up the role of a hairdresser and chopped off the long tresses of the actor.
The actor shared the picture on Instagram and captioned it as “Baal baal bach gaye…Watch it till the end to see for yourself! Have never ever gone this short! And I Love It!!! Thank you @nupursanon for such a refreshing cut. P.S. Nupur commented on the post with several scissors emojis and wrote “Behen hai isliye jaane diya…bhai hota toh (You were my sister so I let it go…but if it had been a brother).”
When an RJ praised Nupur for her multiple career options, Kriti replied, “How about being an actor and ur own hairstylist and singing your own songs—- anyways we might need to have limited people on set.” The fans of the actress also approved the new look. They wrote, “The short hair look sooo cute!!” and “Looking damn beautiful.”
Kriti has asked the producers of various TV shows to clear the payment of all the actors during lockdown. She had also posted a video on Instagram where an elderly technician of Humari Bahu Silk said that he has not been paid yet. The actor said that she knows about the incident as a friend of hers is in the daily soap. She has asked Cine and TV Artistes Association (CINTAA) to look into the matter.
The actor has taken up cooking in her free time during the lockdown. She had earlier shared a video of Burmese dish know suey prepared by her. She captioned it as “KHOW SUEY, In KHAU GALI, For MAHA KHAAUU People, Some #KriticalCooking by Me…”
