Karan Johar who is busy shooting for his latest television show ‘India’s Next Superstar’, along with Rohit Shetty, who is also a part of the judging panel in the reality show.
As per reports, Karan’s Production house, Endemol Production and Kamla Pasand are in some trouble. A notice has been filed by the health department of Delhi against the three. The reason for this is the showcasing of Kamala Pasand ad during the show.
Karan has been served a notice for this violation of cigarettes and other tobacco products act and could be serving a jail period of 5 years along with a penalty. Not just Karan but even the rest of the people associated with the show were found guilty and have been given a timeline of 10 days to send in their answers.
