The 48th Indian Film Festival of India which is one of the prestigious events in India, kicked off in Goa on Monday with the likes of, actors Shah Rukh Khan, Union Minister Smriti Irani Shahid Kapoor, , debuting actors Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khattar, Rajkummar Rao, veteran star Sridevi along with her husband Boney Kapoor and several other celebrities and personalities from all walks of life who showed up at the inaugurating ceremony of the event.
The inauguration was a star-studded and stylish affair, with celebrities dressed in their best for the first day of the fancy film festival.
The celebrities ones who literally dressed and impressed us the most out of the lot were mother-daughter duo Sridevi and Janhvi Kapoor and Padmavati star Shahid Kapoor.
While it was Janhvi’s first appearance since the release of her Bollywood debut posters Dhadak, the actress made sure she had her style game on point.
Janhvi opted for a co-od set, with a fusion look designed by Anamika Khanna. The set included an embroidered skirt and a matching embroidered crop top. She held her hair in soft curls, with a black clutch and a dash of nude coloured lips to finish off the look.
On the other hand, actor Shahid Kapoor, who has been on a fleek with his fashion sense lately, has been looking dapper since he shed his Padmavati look, in an all-black outfit. He opted for a multi-angled pinstripe suit from Gaurav Gupta’s designer label ‘Diamond Demons’ menswear collection which was just the perfect outfit for him.
