Does anything related to a Rajinikanth film ever need any introductions?? This is not just any film, but the sequel to the Tamil superstar’s 2010 sci-fi film Robot (Enthiran in Tamil) which smashed all box-office records and was a major blockbuster.
The 2.0 sequel gets even bigger as we get closer to the release date. The film also features other actors such as Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar as an antagonist and Ek Deewana The actress Amy Jackson in a very prominent role. Her first look from the film was released on 11 October.
Jackson, in the role of a robot, looks beautiful. But, as they say, “All that glitters is not gold”. The vibe one gets from her is powerful and doesn’t seem too good. The caption that runs along with the picture — “The world is not only for humans” — fans speculate that there’s much more to Amy’s character. She looks very stern and ready to combat.
The film, 2.0 is slated to hit the screens on 25 January 2018.
