Bollywood celebrities came together in support of Janta Curfew that began on 22 March 2020 at 7 a.m. in the morning. Many actors took to their social media handles and asked the people to stay at home and follow the precautionary measures laid down by the Honourable Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi. Actor Riteish Deshmukh dropped a quick tweet by wishing Good Morning to everyone and asking users to Stay Home, Stay Healthy, Stay Safe.
Singer Armaan Malik asked people to stay at home and tweeted Stay Home and Stay Safe. Please it is a sincere request and ended the tweet with #IndiaFightsCorona. Karthik Aaryan who drew appreciation for his monologue Corona Stop Karo Na also tweeted Lets Support #JantaCurfew today.
Mahesh Bhatt shared the picture of a man standing alone in a deserted street and wrote Only echoes answer me. Many other actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan supported Janta Curfew and asked people to stay at home. Janta Curfew was announced in lieu to fight against COVID 19. Since then, there are numerous cases of Corona being reported across the country and it is becoming a dangerous situation for all.
