Ashutosh Gowariker is soon coming up with another period film. He has finalized the cast for his film ‘Panipat’. Ashutosh has decided to bring together Arjun Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt and Kriti Sanon for this film.
The film is based on the true events of Panipat’s third war in the year 1761. The teaser poster has been released for the film. The poster shows a warrior’s hand with a sword. Ashutosh has also made films like Jodha Akbar, Lagaan, Swadesh. His last film Mohanjo Doors did not do very well on the box office.
