Actress Ameesha Patel was trolled on Instagram with a top shot selfie from her shoot. While some comments on her Twitter seemed interested to know more about her upcoming project, others slut-shamed her. Sadly, the latter part dominated the comments section. Most comments are too unpleasant to be displayed here. Some Instagram users also felt the need to entitle her by giving suggestions like: “Do not post this kind of photos, it doesn’t suit your personality” while other users highlighted her age and said: “Marry soon.”
Ameesha Patel had a popular debut in Kaho Na… Pyaar Hai opposite Hrithik Roshan in 2000. She was last seen in Race 2 (2013) and she is awaiting the release to her movie Bhaiyyaji Superhitt, with co-stars Preity Zinta and Sunny Deol.
In the last couple of years, she has been featured in the headlines for all the wrong reasons. Last year, she slammed actress Pooja Hegde, who was a debutant opposite Hrithik Rohan in Mohenjo Daro which was ill-fated, saying: “I’m sorry that Mohenjo Daro didn’t do well, and the plan was to come with a newcomer, but every film cannot achieve the same success as Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai.”
Before that she reportedly flipped out at a journalist, who called her asking her, to address her as “Ameesha Ji”
