Punjabi Olympic player Sandeep Singh is shining brighter than the diamond with the biopic film made on this life titled Soorma. The character is played by Diljit Dosanjh and he is gaining a lot of praises for his role.
The real-life hero Sandeep who was paralyzed after being shot accidentally in 2006 came back in 2008 and won the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup.
The film earned about 3.25 crore on day 1 at the box office.
