Salman Khan along with his friends in the industry have been helping people during the tough times of national lockdown due to COVID – 19. Salman had recently shared a clip on social media of an initiative which he has taken up to help people fight against the pandemic.
In this footage, we can see that there is a human chain formation as they are passing essential sack packets from one person to another. When the clip ends, we see that the sacks are loaded on bullock carts and are ready to move. Salman has thanked actors including Rahul Kanal, Kamaal Khan, Waluscha de Sousa, Lulia Vantur, Jacqueline Fernandez, ABhiraj Minewala and Niketan Madhok for their contributions.
Some social media people have said that none of these celebs are wearing gloves or any type of protective gear which have been written in guidelines amid the corona lockdown. It was then clarified that all the celebs have been isolated for seven weeks and there was no requirement of protective gear and social distancing.
The actor has asked the fans to take up the Anna Daan Challenge. In this challenge, people will contribute essential items to needy people. Salman had also appreciated Baba and Zeeshan Siddiqui’s efforts who provided ration to 1,25,000 families.
“Baba and baba’s baba zeeshan ne aan baan aur shaan se 1,25,000 families ko ration bataa hai. Now this is a challenge that one should be a part of.. Challenge ‘Anna Daan’ Karo to khud ya kissi bharosemand ke through…@BabaSiddique @zeeshan_iyc (sic).”
Besides that, the actor is also supporting the daily wage workers of Federation of Western India Cine Employees.
