John Abraham’s Satyameva Jayate 2 To Release On Eid 2021

The producers of Satyameva Jayate 2 have announced that the movie will be released on May 12, 2021. It has been produced by Emmay Entertainment and T-Series. It has been directed by Milap Zaveri and is a sequel to Satyameva Jayate. It also features Divya Khosla Kumar. The director said that Eid is the best occasion to release the film as it celebrates “action, music, dialogue baazi, patriotism and heroism.”

The director said,With Bhushan sir, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani and Nikkhil Advani backing me once again, I can promise next year on May 12 we will do our best to deliver a festive bonanza for all audiences.” The film departs from Mumbai and shows Abraham fighting corruption in Lucknow. 

Zaveri said that shooting in Lucknow gave them a larger canvas and made it more massy. “Visually also Lucknow adds to the scale and grandeur. The action of this film is gonna be ten times more dynamic, heroic and powerful”, he said. 

Nikkhil Advani, producer and director said that the success of Satyameva Jayate helped them in making the sequel better and bigger.The love shown by fans to the first installment in this franchise has encouraged us to create a bigger, more exciting experience, presenting John Abraham as never seen before. We are hopeful that prevailing circumstances will improve and pave the way for us to reach our audience in theatres once again.

Bhushan Kumar said that they understand that the film has a responsibility of delivering well keeping in mind the prequel. “Milap has written a mind-blowing script which is massy, that will have fabulous songs and will connect with the audiences and John will don a never seen before look. We are coming to the theatres on Eid next year which makes it even more festive,” Kumar said.
