Yami Gautam revealed that in June she revealed her short hair to her fans through a video on Instagram.
“The idea came from my director and stylist. We were discussing my look for the film. Aditya (Dhar; director) said he’s got some references. He said, ‘I think we should go short with it’. Now, I didn’t know how short he meant; maybe a trim, so, I was like ‘okay, sure, why not’. But when I saw the pictures, I realised there’s almost no length of the hair,” she said.
She also added that she had still the on going shoot for ‘Batti’ and her stylist’s had to cover it up with hair extensions and they did a pretty good job with it.
