A few weeks ago, Katrina kaif opened up about her being sidelined by Aamir Khan in the upcoming film Thugs of Hindostan. The actress Fatima Sana Shaikh was given the lead to take charge of the sets.
But, now Kartina shared a picture of the trio on her social media, where she seems to completely all is well with the actress Fatima.
Last year, Aamir spoke to an entertainment portal and said “She is also there but you know in all fairness I don’t know if I can call it a lead role. I mean she has got two songs out of three. So, in that sense, she has got an important part. The story is about this girl played by Fatima. She is playing the central role.” This reportedly upset Katrina.
When Katrina was asked about Aamir’s comments, said in an interview, “All this doesn’t matter. Let’s stop trying to find ways to create some sort of drama when there’s none. Everyone in the film is more than happy to be part of a project like this — whether it’s Aamir, Amitabh Bachchan, Fatima or me. All of us are excited and working together.”
Meanwhile, it is reported that actress Fatima is finding it difficult to bag projects in the industry. Reason being her closeness to Aamir Khan. The film Thugs of Hindostan will be released during Diwali this year.
