A Simple Murder review starts with Manish played by Mohammad Zeeshan Ayyub and Richa featuring Priya Anand who have been married for four years and are waiting for Manish’s start-up dream to take off as they have many financial constraints. When things start falling in place, Manish ends up killing a wrong woman for which he was not even hired. Justice happens or not is the crux of the story.
Richa loves wearing revealing neckline tops at work and wishes to sleep on paison ka bistar but her husband Manish is waiting for an investor who can fund his startup idea. As the web series starts we see Manish taking out money from Richa’s bag when his products float in water. Richa is very tired of her good for nothing husband.
The actors try to bring up the entertainment factor in A Simple Murder but good acting without proper storyline and direction is meaningless. The cinematography by S. Bharathwaaj is very lazy and unexciting. The Dilli ka macho launda role by Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub who spits galis and is envious of his wife’s closeness with her boss is really good. He is someone who hates himself because of his shortcomings and his acting is very delusional and natural.
