Aaliya, Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife, has reached Budhana on 12th September 2020 and replied to all the questions by Budhana Police about the charges she has pressed against the actor and his family. The police also inquired by visiting the place where the incident has happened with Aaliya. She reached Delhi from Mumbai on 11th September 2020 and came to Budhana in a car.
Budhana Police case diary shows that the case was registered at Mumbai Police Station in July 2020 under POCSO. Aaliya had told in the FIR that Nawazuddin’s brother Minazuddin had molested her daughter in 2012. Aaliya also said that she was beaten when she tried to protest this.
The complaint also mentions that Nawazuddin was in Mumbai when this incident took place. She had informed her husband about it but no action was taken. Aaliya has filed for divorce from Nawazuddin in early 2020.
