Malang a romantic action thriller directed by Mohit Suri is available online on Netflix for all the movie buffs. The movie features Disha Patani, Kunal Kemmu, Aditya Roy Kapoor and Anil Kapoor. It is about a young man who kills people after he is separated from his ladylove in a police encounter.
Anil Kapoor who played a negative role in the movie shared the news of online Malang release in his unique style. He twisted his dialogue “Jaan Lena meri Aadat Hai” to, “Watch Karna Meri Aadat Hai. Unleash the madness on @netflix_in.”
He had also posted a throwback photo along with the cast of Malang and wrote “This is where the Malang journey started and now it’s out on Netflix. Miss you guys. Stay home…Stay safe and watch Malang on Netflix.”
After Anil Kapoor, Disha Patani also shared Malang’s online release news on her Instagram handle with the poster. She captioned it as “Watch Karna Mera Mazza Hai. It’s Malang time @netflix_in!”
Mohit Suri also wrote on social media “Netflix Goes Malang!” Aditya Roy Kapoor and Kunal Kemmu also announced the film’s online release on their social media accounts. Malang received mixed reviews after its release in February. It had a business of Rs. 58.99 crore. Shubhra Gupta from Indian Express called it a tepid thriller.
She wrote in her review, “Mohit Suri’s cinematic universe is routinely dark and twisted, and in his best work, his characters have been edgy and interesting. But Malang’s twists don’t really take you aback, and the identity of one of the perpetrators is more of an eye-roll than anything else.”
