Darbar movie trailer has been released on December 17, 2019, and stars Rajinikanth and Nayantara. The movie is an action cop drama. Darbar trailer is filled with Rajinikanth’s swag as he is seen as a bad cop. Nayantara is playing the love interest of Rajinikanth in the AR Murugadoss directorial. The trailer opens with Rajinikanth sitting with a blood-dripping sword in his hand.
Rajinikanth plays the role of a cop named Aaditya Arunasalam who is ruthless. Apart from that, he appears in another role where he wears dapper suits and it might be the second role in the movie that is of a social activist. Rajinikanth looks energetic and young in the movie.
The trailer is a perfect commercial celebrating Rajinikanth. Suniel Shetty is the main villain in the movie while Jeeva, Prakash Raj, Bose Venkat, Manobala, Rao Ramesh, Harish Uthaman, Dalip Tahil, Nivetha Thomas, Soori, Anandaraj, Suman, Nawab Shah and Yogi Babu play key roles in the movie.
Jatin Sarna of Sacred Games fame will make a cameo appearance in the movie. The scenes picturized between Rajinikanth and Suniel Shetty are very promising. It is an action entertainer. The technical crew of Darbar has editor Sreekar Prasad, cinematographer Santosh Sivan and music composer Anirudh Ravichander. This is Suniel Shetty’s debut Tamil movie.
