Gaurav previously dated famous TV actress Mouni Roy and Narayani Shastri. While Narayani and Gaurav are still good friends, Mouni Roy and he have nothing to do with each other at all. Gaurav has worked for successful shows like Uttaran, Left Right Left, Sadda Haq among many others
