Rana Daggubati had earlier revealed that he would be a part of a film that speaks of conservation of elephants Titled Haathi Mere Saathi. Well, on the occasion of New Year’s Eve, the actor shared a first look of the film which features the magnificent animal too. Rana’s look seemed very rugged. From the look of it, it seems like he plays the role of a man who lives for the elephants.

The film is based on real-life events and directed by Prabhu Solomon. The team will begin shooting in Thailand soon and will also shoot a few shots in selected Indian locations. The film will release in three languages Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
The film is about a bond between man and the elephant but is not a remake of the old Bollywood hit starring Rajesh Khanna with the same name.
