It looks like Kapil Sharma is now learning that getting into Bollywood is not as easy as it looks from the outside. After his recent controversy with his former Co-Star Sunil Grover, the famous comedian landed a second project with Bollywood titles “Firangi”. But his recent antics have left a notable Bollywood director fuming. Farah Khan recently received an invite from Kapil Sharma to attend his premiere. However, the director was left fuming as she recently took twitter calling those people “mannerless” who send invitations through WhatsApp messages. Though it is not confirmed that Farah is referring to Kapil here but the Twitterati think that it was a slight jab at Kapil.
Farah tweeted on her page “Dear Mannerless people if you want me to attend ur premier/preview/party DON’T send me a “Janta invite” on WhatsApp! Ur not doing me a favour! The least you can do is make a personal call. If u can’t find the time for it what makes you think I have time to get ready and come for you??!”
The director’s tweet caused people to start guessing saying that it’s Kapil, it is well known that both stars have been great friends in the past where Farah has appeared multiple times on Kapil’s show to promote her films.
There has been no response or acknowledgement from Kapil about this yet, but if this, in fact, is a jab at Kapil it would be interesting to see the actor’s response. The comedian’s new movie “Firangi” is creating a lot of buzz in the film fraternity.
