Aditya Roy Kapoor who started out his career as a VJ on Channel V stepped into Bollywood later due to his immense popularity. His first film was ‘London Dreams’ which released in 2009. His role was very small but then with ‘Aashiqui 2’ which was a super hit made him successful with his Bollywood career.
Aditya is the youngest of the three brothers, he was born in Mumbai on November 16th 1985. His elder brother’s name is Siddharth Roy Kapoor, Vidya Balan is his sister-in-law. Apart from this, there is another brother of Aditya, Kunal Roy Kapoor.
He never took acting classes and had to work on his diction. He initially wanted to be a cricketer but left it when he was in the sixth standard.
